LOL, i think that should be our codeword. i wont remember it to say it, but i’ll come up with something similar.

DL’s craziness really doesn’t bother me. that’s his thing, he has dibs. everyone else is a cheap copy!

I realized that when I checked out yesterday’s link dump…knowing Chris I figured he was taking the piss (that’s a phrase that just doesn’t get used enough), but, I never figured where everyone else was.

Yup, at $12 million, for one year, with Evans as his caddy, it makes sense to most sane-thinking posters…save the big bucks for signing Ollie P and possibly re-arranging the bullpen.

Nah, Dep, I showed up late…had a plumbing issue last night, and didn’t get back to the game until the 8th…and, I get a little superstitious with posting during the game, and usually wait until late to chime in…nobody’s fault but mine.

All I said was that you can easily overestimate the value of compensation picks, that risking that roster spot and all that bread on Delgado a year older… the booby-prize of two extra lottery tickets ain’t really all that much of a factor.
