Thanks to those of you who contacted us about the IE7 problem. Apparently, SiteMeter released some new code that was incompatible with Internet Explorer 7 and rendered this site — and any other site using SiteMeter to track visitor statistics — unusable.
We have removed the SiteMeter code until they have resolved the issues with IE7, so the site should now load fine for those of you who have yet to embrace Firefox. Thanks!
Eric Simon has far too much time on his hands. He sleeps upside-down, keeps people as pets, and can be found on the internets at
Amazin' Avenue or bothered directly at

Stop using that shitty browser people.
It didn’t work with IE6 either. I never went to 7 because I heard of a lot of problems with it. What was weird is it happened right after I did a reboot after a windows XP update so I thought that was the problem.
After uninstalling the update, and trying many system restores it still wasn’t working so I downloaded firefox, ugh!
Anyway, I wanted to try firefox for the longest time, but I figured I would wait until I had some free time to mess around with it. That time never arrived until I was forced to do it last night! ;)
I didn’t get to watch the game last night because I was trying to fix a problem that was unfixable from my end. With the way the game turned out I was probably better off. I listened some on the radio, and between the game, Hagen, and the computer I was VERY irritable last night!
Everyone:
Buy a Mac :)
Or better yet, buy a new iPhone: it’s now faster and cheaper. Which makes morons like me with the old iPhone mad. I hate Steve Jobs.
I still have the old iPhone. The 3G network has spotty availability and cuts the battery life in half, not to mention the extra $15 a month AT&T charges for the requisite data plan. Thanks but no thanks.
Call me when you’ve got a two-button mouse.
Also, Firefox is available on all platforms and it still amazes me that people insist on using IE when they don’t have to (e.g. corporate policy, etc.).
Also, SiteMeter fixed their issues, so everything is back to normal.
I did the same thing Ellis except I got sent to a funky site through a google search and thought the weird popups gave my comp a virus.
Opera is good too if you think Firefox is racist or just don’t like the icon
