There are a few bits of layout wonkiness on the site here that I’d like to get ironed out, most notably:

1) The site doesn’t quite fit on 1024 horizontal resolution
2) The bottom of the site gets chopped off on older IE browsers

I’ve managed to cobble together what you see using only a modicum of CSS know-how, but I could use a little bit of help fixing up some of the remaining wrinkles.
