I understand that, luci....but reward him w/ an AB or 2....sheesh.....he's had only 1 AB that I'm aware of since he's been up....maybe the guy smacks a few bombs out of the park and turns some heads. Pop in his bat for the kind of dead-centre mediocre fastball you get from the one-pitch orgfiller dregs in AAA, sure.

But if a guy spends five years straight at the AAA level, probably with some overseas stops in there along the way, fifty million Elvis fans can't be wrong nor can the hundreds of scouts who've said 'meh' to the guy for five years straight.

Even a non-contender riddled with injury like the Mets only called him up for the September pity cup. There's no there there.
