SNY only televises home games, I guess.
Pelfrey looked ( well I guess sounded) pretty bad.
Ike Davis got 2 hits, but made another error.
Mike Jacobs hit a HR too.
Eddie Kunz had a 1-2-3 inning. Then they yanked him. I guess they wanted him to go out with some confidence.... which makes sense.
That pretty much sums it up.
What did I miss?
Its on WFAN
Shea, you missed F! going 4-4 with 2 HOME RUNS :)
oh nvm Chris mentioned it lol
And apparently Davis just made a good play lol

Yes, john...I skipped F! because Chris had already mentioned him. Also, my fave Kirk Nieuwenhuis had 2 hits a 2 RBIs, I think.
And Davis had a 3rd hit. Reuben Tejada had 2 hits.
The little mini mets look better than the real mets.

Here are words that should strike fear into the heart of every Mets fan...
"If we continue to see that, we'll have to have some strong conversations," manager Jerry Manuel said.
Would the manager feel as if he was inhibiting Mejia's growth by using him from the bullpen?
"Not when you need an eighth-inning guy," Manuel said.

I have no problem with Mejia starting his career in the pen. A lot of big time pitchers have come up that route. I do have a problem with him starting his MLB career in Jerry Manuel's pen

I have a huge problem putting Mejia's future in the hands of manuel and warthen at this point.
Mejia should request to get traded before the mets mess him up.
Does anyone believe at this point the mets will handle him properly? lol

L. Ron Hubbard, John Travolta, the Khaki pants and blue shirts. I know them, they train in Clearwater, FL. Aren't they associated with the Philadephia Phillies who also train there?
